State Ave, Oranga

A well-earned result for our team, who worked on this development of three and four bedroom homes in Auckland. Over the course of construction, the project faced several challenges requiring extensive rock-breaking and earthworks, along with “close approach” approval due to power lines and tight deadlines on some stages.

Construction update: Rockfield

Built by our in-house carpentry team, these four-bedroom homes will provide two families with warm, dry and secure living. Our team have shared some of their thoughts about the construction of these homes:

“We encountered underground rock during foundation and drainage work. This discovery required heavy rock-breaking machinery, closing off access to the site for quite some time. At times, this meant our team needed to hand-carry many items onto the site. In all other respects, this has been a smooth sailing project and the result is two spacious, well-appointed homes with ample outdoor areas. Our team are extremely proud of their efforts, and the joy it has brought to the families who have moved in.”.
