Located just 10km from central Auckland, New Lynn has experienced 17% population growth since 2001. Our team recently completed the design and build of a 9-unit apartment block, consisting of 3 units per floor, to replace two older homes. These 9 new homes make a very striking looking building with red brick and grey weatherboards, charcoal privacy louvres and extensive glass and louvres to the south elevation. The top floor apartments even enjoy 260degree views of the Auckland City skyline, featuring the Sky Tower. With a significant number challenges that needed to be overcome during construction, the delivery team has done an excellent job to finish this project. We're looking forward to welcoming the families into their beautiful new warm, dry and safe homes.
